19.24.9 Yggdrasil Talisman Set

The "Yggdrasil" talisman set:

Talismans and pieces from this set can be obtained in the following ways:
 
- Promotions (this will always be announced via the relevant news when the
  pieces are currently available)
- From questing on Yggdrasil.
- Trading between players (pieces only)
- Whole talismans bought from the Delosian shop (when in stock)
- Partial completion (see below.)
 
The Yggdrasil set contains the following talismans:

A dreadpilar figurine             - TALISMAN INFO DREADPILAR
   - This item is not available in the Delosian talisman shop.
   - This figurine of the deadly dreadpilar can be used to battle your foes.

A squargon.                       - TALISMAN INFO SQUARGON
   - This item is not available in the Delosian talisman shop.
   - This Squargon of Yggdrasil may be ridden into battle as a trusty mount.

A young valdblom.                 - TALISMAN INFO VALDBLOM
   - This item is not available in the Delosian talisman shop.
   - These petals are a weaker form of the fabled kvkir plant that can be 
     found upon Yggdrasil. 
   - This talisman is consumed on use and has between 2 and 4 uses 
     (varying by completion). 
   - The bonuses granted last for one achaean day. 
   - PULL <item> to make use of one of the petals. 
   - The bonuses do not stack with actual kvkir, as this is an inferior strain.   

A wax tablet of petrified wood.   - TALISMAN INFO YGGDRASILTABLET
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 150 bound credits.
   - Designed by the scribes of the Ioje compound, this tablet can be twinned 
     with another to share written information! 
   - PUSH <yourtabletID> PAIR WITH <othertabletID> to create a link. 
   - WRITE TABLET SHAKE TABLET and the words written on yours will appear on 
     the twinned tablet!
	 
A Tash'la earthshaping tome.      - TALISMAN INFO EARTHSHAPINGTOME
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 300 bound credits.
   - Possession of this tome grants access to five unique forging descriptors 
     for the regions available via Yggdrasil.

An aureate sighting nexus.        - TALISMAN INFO NEXUSCUBE
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 400 bound credits.(nexuscube)
   - GAZE upon this cube and witness the heavens of the various planes 
     (different for each plane you're on).

A glittering fire crystal.        - TALISMAN INFO FIRECRYSTAL
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 400 bound credits.
   - This fire crystal will halve the time it takes when travelling between
     the planes of Yggdrasil via EMBRACE FLAME.

A mote of planar flame.           - TALISMAN INFO PLANARMOTE
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 1100 bound credits.
   - THROW MOTE INTO FLAME at one of the flames upon Yggdrasil, and the next 
   - time you EMBRACE DEATH you will resurrect at that flame instead of your 
   - normal location.

A length of golden snake skin.    - TALISMAN INFO GOLDENSNAKESKIN
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 1300 bound credits.(goldensnakeskin)
   - With this length of enchanted snakeskin, you may SHED PURSUERS in order 
     to have all denizens tracking you abandon their task.

A petrified branch of Yggdrasil.  - TALISMAN INFO YGGDRASILBRANCH
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 1600 bound credits.
   - You may TIE <bait type> TO LINE then FISH FOR RATS and be whisked away 
     to the location that bait links up with. 
   - Baits are obtained through performing various quests upon the various 
     planes available via Yggdrasil. 
   - You may probe the line to see what baits you have available.

A town crier's bell.              - TALISMAN INFO CRIERSBELL
   - Purchaseable in Delos for 2000 bound credits.
   - RING BELL AT <target> and any magical shields they possess will be 
     shattered. 
   - If they lack a shield but possess a prismatic barrier, this barrier 
     will be shattered instead. 
   - You may also TOLL BELL AT <target> to begin the process of sending your
     foe to the Halls of Ugrach.


Partial Completions
--------------------
If you have two or three pieces of a talisman in the death item you can
TALISMAN COMPLETE PARTIAL <talismanname> to complete it for the remainder
of the bound credit value of the item as it is in the Delosian Talisman shop.

   DOING THIS WILL COMPLETE THE TALISMAN AND BIND IT TO YOU.

Talismans completed in this manner will have an altered tradein that
reflects its credit worth, including the credit purchased completion.

I.E
    You have: cruciblebase and cruciblebowl.
    You use TALISMAN COMPLETE PARTIAL CRUCIBLE and pay 500 bound credits.
       This is half the cost of the crucible in the shop because you already
       have half of the pieces.
    You get: a completed soulfire crucible talisman.
    This item has a tradein value of: 346 bound credits.
       This is 2/3rds of 520 credits (The 500 credits paid above, plus your 2
       pieces valued at 10 credits each.)
