This is the government form originally in use by all Houses.

In an Elected Autocracy, a single leader holds office until contested and
defeated in an election.

Modern Elected Autocracy may have certain other limits, varying from House to
House, including:
1) the leader may be restricted to a single consecutive term (or not), and
2) leader may serve a term of fixed length (or indefinite, as now).

Limits on Return to Office
--------------------------
Once the autocrat leaves office, he may not contest for, nor hold the
position again until at least two other people, not himself, hold it.

Powers
------
The Autocratic House Leader makes all appointments, chooses the House Patron,
and wields all powers not otherwise delegated to appointees.
