let's Play a little

All this melodramatic posturing is really exciting, isn't it? These
grand sweeping gestures of hate, betrayal, anger and bloodshed -- it's
like something out of a play. A bit messy, though. Not really well
thought out in terms of the spectator's perspective. And sure, there's a
bit of catharsis involved, but unlike the viewing of a purely staged
work, you don't get the satisfaction of guilt-free enjoyment. I mean,
who can really have fun when actual people are actually dying? Or, if
you're evil... uh... then, living.

So what about an opportunity to get away from it all? What about an
opportunity to contain these little acts within the proper receptacles,
fit for consumption. Ladies and gentlemen, I speak of an ACTUAL play, to
be performed a date and time to be announced. What Achaea needs now is
culture. Naturally, all will be welcome.

The technical details have been worked out. The script is in our hands.
What we are looking for right now is the people to make it a reality.
First and foremost, we need actors: anyone with good verbal skills and a
quick wit would fit in just fine, and all species and ages from all
walks of life are welcome to apply. I promise a surprisingly fulfilling
experience. The script I have in front of me really is fantastic...
it'll be easy to have a lot of fun with it.

And although we do already have this one script, we'd be more than happy
to replace it with another from any of you aspiring playwrites out
there. If you've got something along these lines, I'd be thrilled to use
it.

And if you'd like to be involved, but you're not sure how -- that will
definitely do as well.

Any takers? Drop me a line about any of the above, even if you just want
to ask a question. I'd love to make this work... but I'm going to need
your help.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Chronos, in the year 309 AF.
