To all that it may concern,

As a member of the Order of Caspian, Lord of the Oceans, I would like to
ask that my Order be granted the same rights to specific forests as
Twilight's Darkenwood. The forests, and actually all plant life of
Ulangi, as well as the plants of Polyargos, are considered sacred by
myself and others due to the fact that they reside on an island
surrounded by my Lord's waters. While He has not yet made any demands, I
believe that should Twilight and his order continuously be shown this
special treatment, it would only be fair to allow all orders to
experience these privileges. In addition, the Aalen forest borders the
ocean shores. Perhaps no harvesting or groves should be allowed there
outside of Caspian's Order either. Also, because all kelp grows in
water, I am sure that Oakstone would not mind asking its citizens not to
harvest that either.

I realize that Oakstone has not outlawed the harvesting or growth of
groves within any forest, but I only ask that you strongly suggest no
one do either in the specified areas, as you have asked for Twilight's
sake in the Darkenwood (i.e.: requesting that no one outside of the dark
order harvest or implant a grove within the Darkenwood).
