I'm sure it's in the grapevine, but in case ye need help, the entrance
to the under-realm can be found in the Western Mountains, between the
Hut and Elostian's temple, it's in the Cave that contains the Altar of
Klangratch, on the upper level.

Be very careful. There are some real dangerous beasties there. Good
luck, intrepid explorers.
