Jaemon,
I merely pointed out that using neutrality to describe anything
holds two implications. One, as you point out, is to have the
'freedom' to indeed choose. However, it also implies more often
to avoid making a choice altogether. As the meaning has been
debated for centuries, I will not rehash tired words. As there
is and probably never will be mortal agreement on what it is or
is not, using it to describe any group or entity is inherently
meaningless. Calling a God, whom you do not follow, neutral
means to me that when it comes time to pick sides hypothetically,
the said Divine would choose neither, instead existing for
Itself. Lord Caspian was part of the Alliance that helped defeat
Lord Sartan. That in itself suggests a desire to exist outside
of His Own realm. Neutrality exists in specific circumstances, I
will accept that. But to generally categorize as such diminishes
any valid point you might have been trying to make about the
Sentaari or alignment.
