As of today, Shallam will be enemying those who decide to impale
themselves upon the Stalagmite. To help free Evil and spread the Fog
that is destroying our ally, the Forest, will not go unnoticed. In
addition, if this fog continues to spread, it will eventually enter
Shallam. Therefore, anyone, be ye friend or foe, who impales himself on
the Stalagmite shall be declared a known enemy of the City of Shallam.
