Since Rurin has seen fit to deprive us of commodities, I think all
Achaea should boycott his shops, save for those things that only he can
supply (the only things i can think of are inks and empty vials). Food
may be purchased in Jaru, and in El'hazira. Shopowners can stock their
shops with food for more convienient access. Perhaps if Rurin notices
his profits dropping to practically nothing, he will find a way to get
commodities to everyone?
