Due to circumstances completely beyond our control, otherly known as
Rurin throwing a fit and refusing to even speak to any of the Magi
guilds before completely discontinuing the sale of any commodities
neccessary for the creation of enchantments, the guild of the Sorcerers
will cease all sales of enchantments to anyone outside of the guild of
the Sorcerers. This will remain in effect until such time as Rurin can
reach into his overly abundant stash of gold from decades of massive
profit, and start to sell commodities once again.

My apologies for any inconveniences this may cause, please direct all
hate mail to our good friend Rurin for forcing us into this action.
