Why you should all be evil.

"The single most irony of evil is that it inspires men to do good."
"Heroes should be killed."
Both of these quotes are true. The first because well, it is. The
second, less obvious, is that no one can stay good forever. Evil
inspires people to do good, but once that evil has passed away from
them, their natural response is to return to the natural state of
mortals, which is selfishness, which is evil. It's a never-ending cycle
that no one can stop, but you see... being evil is more fun.
You see, "good" is inherently flawed. As an example I go back to post
9101. You see, no one in Ashtan "bashes" the innocents of Tasur'ke
because they drop a lot of good or because it's a good experience. It's
about as far out of the way as you can get without leaving the continent
and most of the things there just run away from you anyway. But the
Churchies, trying to do good by killing evil (is violence not evil), are
in fact the ones forcing us to commit the evils... they are being evil
themselves. Though they have their pure moments, so do those of us in
Ashtan and Hashan and even in the religious Order of Evil itself.
What are other examples of good? Let's say you help a beggar, give him a
gold coin. You don't know if he is going to buy food, or drugs, or a
weapon that he'll use to kill people and take more gold, or even if he's
really a beggar at all. Is it the thought that counts? What good is a
thought against what physically happens and thus affects the thoughts of
many others more? If you think about it, every "Good" deed that you do
is flawed on some level or another, because beneath all of the lies
there is only evil.
So, don't deny yourself any longer, the world is an evil place, you
might as well enjoy it. Unless of course you're sado-masochistic and
want to fight the hopeless never ending battle against evil.

P.S.
for the slower people out there... is enjoying pain not evil?
