Greetings,

Those wishing to defend their guildhall, orderhall,
city or home with totems may apply to the Totem
Council by submitting a written letter to either
Firefox or Czanthria. That request will be
forwarded to the Totem Council for consideration.

Within the request you need to state the following:

1. Number of totems requested.
2. The area/location and rooms the totems are to be
implanted in.
3. Who the totems are to be tuned against.
example - tune against enemies of Cyrene.
4. Who the totems are to be tuned for.
example - tune for members of Cyrene.
5. Point of Contact.

The Totem Council will review each request. Those
requests which are granted will be assigned to one of
the two guilds for implementation.

The organisation prior to implementation will enter
into an agreement with the supporting guild and then
pay to the supporting guild 7500 per totem and agree
to a maintenance fee payable to the supporting guild.

Maintenance Fees -
1 to 10 totems - 1000 gold per totem per year
11 to 20 totems - 750 gold per totem per year
21 or more totems - 500 gold per totem per year

Hints for getting your request approved. Request
totems to defend what is easily established as
your organisation's property. Request to have the
totems tuned against your organisation's enemies.

Example of a request that will be denied. Request
to line the prelatorian highway and tune the totems
against Ashtan.
