All,

I'm writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to all who assisted the
Church during the previous Ethian's Crossing.
While the pursuit and maintenance of Landmarks is an absolute
requirement for those of us who use devotion, the same cannot be said
for many people who gave selflessly, sometimes of their lives, in
pursuit of this goal.


Each crossing (or for those I've managed to bear witness to in my brief
span of years) the Church publicly recognises the contributions of its
own members, as well as those of the citizens of Shallam.
However, it is only by working with others - individuals as well as
groups, that we are able to survive. Tho' the Landmark tally may look
paltry, this represents a significant improvement on our past situation,
as well as significant contributions of time and effort from many. Light
held many of these landmarks til the last days of the Crossing only
through your help.

To this end, I pledge my own aid and assistance such that it may be, to
the forests and all others who contributed during these past few months.

The struggle is unending, but in the end it is good to know we do not
stand alone.
