In the past, the city-state of Hashan has held good terms with Shallam.
We've discussed things through on many occasions, even allied together
against Ashtan once or twice. Those times have obviously changed.
Shallam used to seek peace, then let a warmonger rule. Shallam used to
always seek verbal resolution in any situation, yet now, when such acts
are needed, the only thing heard is silence. Over the last year I have
personally met with you, in one way or another, and discussed the issues
that have now escaladed into war. Yet, each and every time, it was I
who had to take the initiative.
On thirteen occasions I had to come to you and begin negotiations. I
had to strive for peace in these conflicts. Not once have you taken
any course of action to seek out myself for resolution.
Thirteen solutions were given to you by me, and countless others have
I made known to your Viziers. I have been out right ignored by all but
one
of the Viziers I've spoken to, Acratin. Of all of your city, he is the
only person who seems to want this to end.
At the beginning, I was troubled, but content with these difficulties
staying in a 'cold' state. There was no physical actions being made.
No attacks or killings, simply words between gentlemen and ladies.
Then young Darknight made actions of war by enemying Hashan and it's
leadership. I had no choice but to meet such actions with actions of
my own, and will continue to do so until such time as I am sought out
and spoken to.
Until such time as Shallam decides to speak with Hashan, rather than
banter words upon this forum. Until such time as this foolish and
frivolous bickering is wished to be over with by Shallam, The current
state of affaird between our two cities will not alter.
