Don't worry. In time a fine of about 500k will be assessed, followed by
a supposed life enemy status. I have been life enemied from hashan 3
times. During the Orc event i gave a crystal to an orc, and subsequently
got enemied for life from hashan. In time they will either get a new
minister of security, who will most likely be a complete dumb ass and
forget that you even owed money, or they will forget why they enemied
you and then unenemy you. Just be patient and they will unenemy you.

On another note, i am just wondering why you are so concerned about
being enemied to Hashan, they obviously enemy for idiotic reasons (i was
last enemied for defending myself and a guildmate).
