Assisting Enemies of the Forest

The Council of Oakstone has enacted punishments for those who assist,
either directly or indirectly, those who cause destruction to the
forests through exterminations or fire. The purpose of this post is to
apprise all of Sapience of these Oakstone laws. To be brief, if you
assist someone who exterminates by selling them herbs and/or elixirs,
you are harming the forest. This obviously applies to gifts or indirect
transfers through third parties as well. And quite honestly, any
concoctions user who would provide herbs for healing and defending to
someone who shows disdain for the forest, which the provider relies on
and reaps the benefit of, should and will be treated harshly. Further,
those who accompany exterminators and defend them from those who protect
the forest will be punished as if they exterminated themselves. The same
applies to those who lust the exterminator to safety, or portal them or
hoist them to safety while they are exterminating.
For those who sell or transfer herbs and/or elixirs to Oakstone enemies,
the fine is 30000 gold and being enemied from the forest for 10 years.
Being enemied from the forests deprives a concoctions user of their
ability to harvest herbs from any environment.
For the benefit of all, here is a current list of all Oakstone enemies
--
Luthius, Portis, Alex, Felwryn, Dalamar, Xerimor, Andelas, Avitar,
Antarax, Zahan
For those who aide exterminators by helping to defend them from attacks
while exterminating, or by offering them portals, hoists, or lusting to
safety while exterminating, the fine is 2000 gold per grove exterminated
and 1 year of enemying per grove exterminated. Therefore, if Cooper
helps defend Andelas while Andelas exterminates, and Andelas
exterminated 3 groves at that time, Cooper will owe 6000 gold and he
will be enemied for 3 years.
Hopefully, the Council will not have to impose anymore such punishments.
The forest benefits all of us and we all need to realize that and
respect it.
