Anyways.. I figure there comes a time when a Jerle must post every few
deades.. So here goes

Normally I'm a very.. violently inclined man.. I thrive on fighting,
it's my job, and my pasttime, and just about everything to me. But
this.. This isn't anything good. It's not a petty fight between two
people, or a quick spar over an incident. It's a full blown war over a
series of misunderstandings.

Hashan needs to understand that what Charlotte did was a mistake.. We as
mortals, are not above such actions. I make a mistake or fifty every
day. So does everyone else. That's part of being a mortal and living. I
understand that what was wrought by her hands brought much pain and
sorrow, as well as destruction. But I implore you be forgiving. Set your
war on hold, try her as she has offered to allow you to do, and proceed
based upon the findings. gather a council of neutrals, or perhaps people
from each city to pass judgement on her. I talk with Charlotte quite a
bit, she's my fiance.. I love her dearly. And when she does speak of
what happen, I hear genuine sorrow and misery. She cries and weeps for
what she did. So I implore you, do not move forward to attack and
destroy an entire city over a mistake she made. Do this justly,
honourably.
As to the dresden situation i do not know enough to comment.

I am sure that neither side is willing to work things out, to try and
strengthen tie srather then allow them to deteriorate further.. One
mistake after another has been made, names hurled, venomous words
exchanged. And what will be achieved? Nothing but a lot of dead people,
lost essence for the divine, and lost experience for us mortals. Once
again I beg all of you, act with moderation. Think about this, try and
work it out without a violent occurance.

If however nobody will allow things to be solved rationally and justly
then I pledge my support to Shallam. The city harbored me so many
decades ago when i had been rejected by my guild. It is my turn to help
her.
I should hope I need not raise my axes to help Shallam.. because nothing
will be gained.. And everything lost
