Awhile back, Decado made a posting (#8795), declaring that he would
never betray the Occultist guild, he has done so, and now we want him to
follow through on his promise he made to you.

He said, "Lord, I wish to make a pact in Your eyes with the Occultists
that should I be granted permission to;rejoin their guild, if I am to
break their oath or leave the guild again I am to be hunted down,
constantly for the rest of eternity, my attackers immune to the HELP
PLAYERKILLING rules."

I have no idea what this scroll of HELP PLAYERKILLING means, but since
it was addressed to you, it must hold some importance.
