Due to renewed efforts to restore at least portions of the enchantment
treaty, the Magi have again stopped selling formerly illegal
enchantments. I apologize for all the confusion, but I assure you it is
rather chaotic. At this time I have the word of the Warlocks that they
will not be selling either.
