Neither myself, nor anyone on your list will be paying your so called
fines, as you merely wish to add money to your coffers to gain the FFA
event on your Arena. Do not try to use this devestation as a means to
raise your coffers.

I will however, make a suggestion. If you wish to punish Charlotte, or
anyone, then I suggest a trial first, if you are the city with
unfalliable justice system, then you will have no quarrel with accepting
the terms.
