Hashan awaits you, and gives it's thanks at such understanding towards
our loss. For such action, we will be as lenient as possible. Aswell,
since you've surrendured to us the names of the accomplices, those that
were there and assisting in the opening of this despicable chest, those
that did nothing to stop such a terrible fate to throw at any mortal. We
shall find further forgiveness within our judgements.
To those of you who were there, each of you are as much responcible for
what happened as Charlotte was, as stated, no action was taken by any
of you to stop it. Which is just as cold-hearted a decision to make
as those Varian made. How could any living being, after seeing the
damage the first chest made, wish that upon another? And then go and
take actions to send such a bombardment at someone, especially when
you knew naught the possible outcomes of opening that chest, nor the
target it was aimed at?
For this, the crimes were added up, coming to 201500 gold each. Though
Hashan has seen enough cruelty in recent months, and will reduce said
fines by fifty percent. A fine of 100750 golden sovereigns is now
requested from each of the following.
Hashan knows you yourselves all suffered by your own actions, each of
you feeling the power that devistated our home. Though, Hashan simply
cannot ignore the damage and insecruity that hath befallen our home.
These individuals are:
Dresden, Aldair, Darand, Lyndal, Lanthus, Alpine, Muaxl, Amon, Apoc,
Kiara and Ryvern.
Hashan sends its regards aswell to those in Shallam to have lost a
home.
I should also like to give my personal thanks, and I'm sure the thanks
of all of Hashan to those individuals who came to quickly to help us
to extinguish the flames that so seared our beloved home.
I myself was ecstatic to see even Shallamites, whom has lost part of
their home, run to aide us, without requests or obligations of any
kind.
My thanks to you all. I shall be finding out the names of each of
you and showing you my personal thanks in the near future.
Penned by my hand on the 1st of Phaestian, in the year 288 AF.
