Dearest Sapience,

I have recently spent time speaking to some of the city leaders of the
respective cities of the land,

I come to formally announce what I have asked of them, with the reasons
governing.

In my mind, I distinctivly recall Syvelium, I even recall Lord Sartan
attempting to curse him, and lock him away in Belladona's Keep. I recall
Vexlore slaying him...Yet, he is missing..

His desk is gone..and the Gods deny he ever existed.

This post is meant with no disrespect to the Garden, however, I feel,
with recent comings, that something terrible plagues our land.

Lord Phaestus was imprisoned in His Divine Hammer..

Lady Valnurana was entrapped in The Dreaming, and subsequently assisted
out by Her Order.

Lord Pentharian and Lord Lupus were heard shouting about a strange
Power, yet They deny doing so.

Ashtan has a crow which has been vivisected after a visit of a 'dark
presence'. The note leaves no name.

With these troublesome things which plague the world at large, I have
reinstated The United Cities of Sapience. This clan was formed during
the Ogre Wars for the Cities to band together against a threat much
larger than city rivalry.

I now formally ask the Archons, Regents, and Heirophants of Ashtan,
Hashan, and Oakstone, to join the United Cities of Sapience. This is
formed to share information, and perhaps better defend our citizens, and
the world as a whole, against this Power.

This threat transcends personal vendetta's, our world as we know it, the
Gods we pray to, the histories we all know, are changing..

The invitation stands, may Sapience as a whole stand against that which
seeks to change our world...
