Teneb, I had not wanted to post this publically, but you refused to
accept it from my hands when we spoke earlier.
It's a letter from an un-named indivual.

You read what is written on an elegant white letter:
Brother Teneb,

I watched your experiments with planar travel, and was intrigued. Simple
they were, but my desire for new entertainment is such that I am
recreating your method. Dusk is assisting me with my preparations. Any
apparati you have left from your testing, do pass on
the power needed
for inter-planar travel is rare in this plane currently.

We plan to enact the ritual soon
hold this close to you as the
healthens react poorly to any stimuli. Remember their attempted
persecution of you for even begining to open paths to the outer realms.
I shall keep you informed of our progress.

Given that this letter was just floating around with no real
destination, I assume it's need to stay secret is low to non-existing.
