I have to post to you all for I fear I am losing my speech. Something, I
don't know what, keeps robbing me of my ease of vocalism. My fluidity of
speech returns to me occasionally, but in an instant I can be struck
almost completely dumb by a speech impediment of intense severity.

I have tried every herb imaginable but nothing is working, and the pain,
sometimes I am struck by such searing agony is makes me cry out and
weep, even faint. I know not what ails me and I am...afraid.

My only release is in writing...then can I be the loquations individual
you all know and love to hate. My mind is free but my tongue is
fettered. I fear I may have brought some awful curse upon myself. If
anyone can help, I beseech you to aid me in my search for some way to
cure my condition.
