I am in the process of trying to found a New Clan
This Clan I plan to call the Merchant Guild of Achaea, those that can
join are anyone who can produce a good via a skill they have as well as
city leaders (city leaders including those who handle trade for their
city)
If you donate any money towards the foundation of the clan you will be
considered a founder and will always have a place in the clan
reguardless of if you can produce a good or city leader

Any polcies about goods will only be decided by those who can make those
goods who are transdecent in their field
