Lothair

Lothair conveniently left out the fact that he was enemied from
Shallam and continued to come into the city in order to attack
its citizens. He was killed each time he did, but did not feel
that we had the right to do this, for he had already been killed
for what he was enemied for.

If you enter a city you are enemied from, be ready to be attacked
by its citizens. As I told him, each time I saw him enter the
city, I would kill him for it.

There is a time during which someone is enemied but the guards
have not all received the word. During these times, it is the
duty of the citizens to protect the city. Killing someone for
attacking Shallam is a valid reason within the Holy Codex.

Ximili, perhaps you should find the facts, before posting
with ignorance.
