thought of the idea and took advatage of it before

I remember some arguements a ways back where a buncha
Ashtanites were out exercising their swords, and decided
that the path from NoT to Ashtan was offically now an annexed
territory of Ashtan (the whole Thera annexation was a different
matter, since the only thing between Ashtan and NoT is
bogish swampland, of which I'm willing to sell some, for
a steal... Inquire in msgs, payment in advance, please.)
Hardly a month seems to go by, though, that some silly Ashtanite isn't
standing outside the gates of Shallam practicing making funny
faces in the polished metal. When you guys spend so much
time in Ashtan, is that what you're doing? Practicing
funny faces in the Infernals' platemail?
I can't blame you. I enjoy such activities myself. But
they usually take offense at it for some reason and try to kill me.
A shame really, I was starting to get rather proficient at it.
I still think you are getting worked up over nothing.
Tell me. As of this writing, what does a shrine actually
do, besides look mean and ominous (in Sartan's case)?
I mean, on a daily basis, when I take my boots off to
rub my feet, I see things that are scarier. If you want,
I could collect a few cultures, maybe, and settle this
right now?
