Perhaps you should seek a cloak to protect you from the sun.
However, things are created, not just for pets, nor as bastards. We were placed here because we do not have the ability to travel elsewhere, and this was the beloved home of the Aldar. For those who do gather the skill to someday transverse the planes of existance, then they are no longer trapped. We are not Children of the Gods, although humanity could consider themselves Children of the Aldar...Some races are Creations of the Gods, and could only be called children of the Gods if the God who created them, considered them as such. Though it is doubtful we were created for amusement, as we were cared for.
