I've decided that I really like this "challenge" concept. When done well it's a wonderfull way to weed out liars.

Calhoun, you have told me yourself that you feel a high ranking is irrelevant if one doesn't fight. If you are sincere in not wanting to fight anymore and really do want to be forgiven by your enemies, let say Malak and Juniper kill you once. After that, stay on as a soul, until your level has dropped to the point where you aren't a threat anymore. When you lack the capacity to be dangerous then people really will believe you, maybe even forgive you.

If you don't do this then obviously you are full of fertilizer. Maybe for some reason you want to intone... with the amount of enemies you have and lacking eagle's wings or some other quick method of escape as all of the other intoning fighters do, you will never intone. So, take up my challenge and prove the people who call you a liar wrong, or be hunted by the groups of people who hate you. Which just may be what you want, and then chasing them down when they are alone later probably isn't "instigating" violence in your book.
