The major blaring problem with your proposal is the deliverance
skill. It allows the caster to summon anyone in the same plane
with sufficient alignment immediately to them and only the presence
of a monolith will prevent this. There is no skill like it and
fortunately those with it only use it for helping friends out
of trouble, if our enemies had it it would be a terrible blow
to anyone of good alignment. So until such a problem is remedied
your proposal ain't gonna happen, not no way, not no how.
