Noxalar was killed in cold blood because he stood up for his buisness. No where in this venom treaty did it say that those who did not conform to it would be hunted down. Now Delos and Achaea has lost one of its oldest and most respected traders.

Who will be next? Vinci, perhaps? Maybe Merentesh? Our shops are not governed by the laws of Ashtan, Shallam or Hashan, and yet we allow entire armies to enter the island to cut down helpless old men.
