Then so be it. I hereby offer to all those serpents and forgers
who denounce this to sell me armor and venoms in large quantities, at
prices below the legislated ones but still high enough for both of us
to make sufficient profit. The names of any who contact me shall, of
course remain confidential. You may even do so anonymously by mailing
me the wares and assigning a point for me to drop off the gold at.
I will operate and sell in the Aalen, and sometimes in Delos, or on
highway. I do not value citizenship to any of the three cities mentioned,
and you cannot enemy me from the wilderness for not obeying laws set in
dead cities of stone.
As for boycotts, you know as well as I do there will always be leaks
and the flow of free commerce will always continue, no matter what you
say about it. And I hardly see how you could force any action on me if I
remain permanently out of your jurisdiction. I shall thrive on the
borderline, rule your cities as you may.
