Im not starting war, or answering at all in any official capacity, as I
have none, I am simply pointing out that firstly you are threatening
the wrong people, as the City of Shallam has no control over the shrines
and secondly you have no authority to do so, you claim to be representing
the wishes of Ashtan citizens, but I am suprised that the Templars/Priests
amongst that populous agreed.

Instead it seems that you find yourself in need of hearts (whether they be friend or
enemy) and starting a war seemed like a good way to get them.
