Stop living in the past, Isildur. We know those shrines are there for
fighting purposes, they have no other real use since healing is only
useful in a fight anyway.

Things have changed, Shallam is a new city, put as many shrines as you
want there. The citizens of Ashtan do not want those shrines in their
city, this is about liberty, which obviously the church do not believe
in.

If you want to play a game of aggression, I will rise to your challenge
