apologies and inquiries

Many of you may have heard of a rather unpleasant event that took place today in epicurus' residence. I dearly wish that this will not explode into a heated affair between teh occultists and the church.
As a newbie, I am very serl-conscious about any mistakes I make, but I am also very curious about the views of Achaeans with respect to each other. And I had not expected Epicurus the Wise to say what he did (or what I thought I heard) in one of
his lessons to a fellow Achaean regarding Occultists. To quote me, I said "I didn't know Epicurus was agains Occultists". Anyway, unfortunately for me, an occultist was in the room and being naturally prejudiced against or afraid of anyone in the church
(due to teh Servelan debate long ago), which I entirely understand and forgive him for, took the liberty of turning my words into an insult on teh occultists.
Now let me make this clear. I'm a priestess, a devoted one, but I would like to see this strange feud between the church and the occultists, whom I know to be neutral, and who have all been very sweet and kind to me so far, to come to an end.
As a priestess, I hold compassion out to everyone, regardless of guild, and regardless of whether one whishes to join the church. Everyone is an equal in my eyes, equally human, and equally deserving of my charity and friendship.

Sincerely,

Silmaril
