I have 100 things planned for this birthday year.

First, I had a wild party hosted by Halo in Nitre's house in Mhojave desert. Tylin was the guest to win the honor of first drunken death -- 97 drinks.

Then, I got totally drunk myself, as a result of which I got the chance to reincarnate into an Atavian, one thing which I have contemplated for a long while.

Now, as Overseer of Ashtan, I have the pleasure to grant full parole to everyone who has wronged Ashtan in her long history. Everyone will be removed from our list of city enemies on this occasion of my 100th birthday, excepting those still with bounties on their heads.
