The Blue Orbs, the Riders, and the Exorcist

I have seen enough of the eyeballs floating about, most probably another fine production from the Eyeballing Baroness.

However, the Blue Orbs is quit a unique case. First, it's Halo, then it's Zero. It just spreads to others like a disease.

In all this, Rivalyn has taken upon himself to practise the arts of exorcism on the so-called victims. It does appear that everytime, the victims come out more of themselves, back to their own normal selves. However, I can't say I find the gory details very agreeable.

Rivalyn recently requested my permission to allow him get hold of a citizen of Ashtan, who appeared to be in total stupor at the time.

Let me state it once and for all. Nobody may perform exorcism or any aggressive rite against any of our citizens within the walls of Ashtan, not without any valid license from the government of Ashtan. Neither is one allowed to kidnap any citizen of Ashtan from within the city walls, even out of good intent, unless by invitation of the government of Ashtan.

Mistral, Overseer of Ashtan

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Sarapin, in the year 262 AF.
