In reference to post 6992, I give you Hashan's stance on these issues.

At present, Hashan sees no need to rush into battle. We are prepared, mind you, to support if the need arises. It has not, however, at this point. Understand that Hashan is not backing down. Rather, know that she is taking the position that she always has, and will remain neutral until such time arrives as would deem otherwise.

To those who would seek help, I encourage you to speak with me. For Hashan has always been willing to assist.
