As head of the Shadow council I hereby wish to invite the leaders of all the organizations of the land to join or ranks. I know your asking yourself why? Since the creation of the council we have looked for a purpose to embody or reason for creation and the coming situations seems to be right along these lines.

Overseer Napoloen and Seneschal Neokove are alredy members of the council, I would personally like to ask the Sultan of Shallam, Heirophants of Oakstone and any of their advisors to join. I will personally set all cities leaders to equal standings and the leaders of any guilds on equal standing with one another. I simply ask that no old arguements and biase are brought to or newsboard and channel. And that you use or resources as a bridge between you all to coordinate any/all strategys amongst each other.
