Having recieved information that the Savanna and Tomulcula areas are already regularly patrolled for harvesting reasons, I suggest Oakstone watch over these areas rather than Ashtan as previously stated.

It is assumed that the Sentinel and Druid guilds will be assisting Oakstone in its patrols.
It is also assumed that those who reside within the Ithmia, i.e. have groves there, will be assisting Hashan in its protection as well.

Additional suggestions-
The fires are a concern and therefore I urge those who are able to begin harvesting all areas in earnest (within the legal limits set by Oakstone) in order to assure that we will be prepared for battle if the need arises and the existing plants are destroyed. However, I do suggest that a few extra be left on each plant for the purposes of replanting if the need arises.
I also urge all enchanters to assist with their own abilities in the strengthening of the citizens of their cities and their allies. (augmentations, etc.)
Aside from that, everyone should be training at every opportunity to ensure they have reached their own top potential in case they are called upon to battle.
