I write this feeling very frustrated. And very sorry for you. I think you will not
be pleased with the actions of your guild in your absense today. I hope you will
not be pleased with them, at any rate. You have said that you've posted on this
subject harshly in the magi newsroom, and I have seen your pleas on the
public forum. I don't understand why your guild is riddled with confusion about
it, but they are. Apparently some of them might not be capable of reading your
words? Can they not comprehend it, perhaps? I think you have been clear, but
that's simply my opinion.

In the months gone by, I have seen continued disasters with the usages of your
unfamiliar skills in public places. This was mainly under the guise of wanting to
practice, or simply being unaware of the consequenses. Today's occurance
played out a little differently than in times past.

Standing North of the village Thera and conversing with quite a number of
people today, I was surprised to see icewalls dropping from the skies. Then, to
my utter horror, one of your holocaust globes thumped to the ground. There
was little time to think, and it detonated quickly. Then another holocaust globe
fell. I do not know who was killed or how many. I do know that Navi was killed,
and that angers me, as she truly fits the definition of an innocent bystander. I
am sure that others died as well. But for the Grace of the Gods, I would have
also lost my own life.

Taranis, I hope you do not think me unfair. But I do not see how this senseless
act furthers your causes, namely Order and Good. Such a prank is hardly
Orderly or Good. I asked to speak to the leadership of the guild, namely Rivalyn
and Loriel. I did not hear from Rivalyn, and Loriel chose to boast that the
heinous act was his doing. Jerle was also seen with him, though both Jerle and
Loriel deny that Jerle had any part in the actions. Jerle stated he had suggested
using cataclysm.
