While this post is very self explanitory, I fail to see why I as a member of the church
and a citizen of Shallam am now not allowed to visit Ashtan. There are several
reasons for us to visit this City, one being quests and the other is to do
some shopping. While I understand the reasoning behind the loitering, i fail to
see why we cannot pass through without being warned and harassed.
How far does the area surrounding NoT extend to, if for instance I am in Seasones
refilling vials, am I loitering within this said area.
Does it include all of Thera as there are quests there to be completed.
Are we allowed safe passage through NoT to the beastlord Dungeon and Azdun?
Or are we at the whim of zealous people who may enforce this "ruling"
to a harsh degree?
