It has recently come to my attention that the rogue serpent, Nis Asmodeus, has been telling people that he
was expelled from the Serpentlords for his Order affiliation and that other charges against him were falsified. The truth is given below. And as concerns falsifications. . .Nis volunteered the confessions of his crimes, including some unknown. What he may be unaware of is that he was in the presence of an unseen Divinity when he did so. The same Divinity who made the decision to not seek personal retribution upon him for the callous breaking of his Oath to guild and guild Patron. He should beware of the charges of falsification and religious bigotry lest he be yet called to task for abusing the compassion of the gods.

Yes, Nis has been outguilded. This is not a decision that was made in haste nor
was it done with malice. Many have been the rumours (and proven facts)
regarding Nis. I have known him a long time. I gave him the benefit of the
doubt on many occasions. There are things that Nis has told me in confidence
that will remain with me.
He took an oath. He broke it. Following are the reasons he was outguilded.
1. Sale of illegal venoms.
2. Indirectly aiding a non-serpent (cloaking) against a Serpent
3. Possessed a key to the milking room - only secretaries and the GM possess
this
4. Deceit
NEVER was his order affiliation a part of the outguilding. The Serpentlords
enjoy the freedom to pursue individual and personal goals as long the Guild is
not compromised. Selling/giving away illegals is a *serious* offense. One that
is not taken lightly, especially by me. For the security of the Guild and its
members it was necessary to outguild. Nis had been given his chances. His
actions dictated the outcome. He chose his path without regard to us all.
Mind you the Oath you took when you joined us. It is not meant to impress or
dazzle. It is an OATH. We will hold you to it.

My input on the subject of Niss outguilding Is as follows.
He did take the oath. I administered it to him personally.
He did break our trust, which is the worst thing anyone can do in any guild. He did this by going to an outside source and requesting a key to one of our most sacred areas. This key given to him by someone, that in my humble mortal opinion, has no reason to have any concern about the Serpentlords guild hall.. He admits this. Before you think "big deal" ask yourself, What if it was your guild or Your secret or Your power?
As to deceit, he had meant to keep his key a secret, this was his plan at the on set.
These two reasons alone are enough, if not more than enough reason, to expel him.
We never have, and never will expel someone based on their Race, Creed or religion, to do so would be to throw all we are away.
In conculsion, Nis we did not shaft you. You shafted yourself. Those that may hold animosity toward the Serpentlords for the expulsion of Nis, due to the things he has said about our reasons, please rethink your feelings, we are not treating anyone wrongly.
