Everyone now has the ability to hinder or help shrines, albeit not as
effectively as the Templars and Priests. You must first find yourself
a bucket (I believe Rurin has put some on sale in the Ashtanian markets),
then you need to take it and a dead body (player or mobile) to the
Slaughterhouse in Ashtan, and, placing the bucket on the ground to catch
the blood, BUTCHER <body/mobile>. Your bucket will then be full of blood.
You can take this bucket to a shrine and either:
a) EMPTY BUCKET ON SHRINE TO SANCTIFY, which will give aid to a shrine, or
b) EMPTY BUCKET ON SHRINE TO DEFILE, which will harm a shrine.

The effectiveness of either of these methods is measured by the strength of
the dead body from which you got the blood.
