After these many years, it amazes me that you still think that I, as well as the other residents of Hashan are so naive. Let me put it to you in the simplest way possible -
You, Cooper, will -NEVER- be removed from Enemy status within the city of Hashan. Further, as the Regents, the Seneshcal and I see fit, we will lay bounties upon your head at our leisure. The crimes that you have done against Hashan and Her citizens are too numerable to even begin to list. I feel no remorse for you, Cooper. What has happened, in all instance, you have brought upon yourself.
