Under normal circumstances, I would do this over private communications, but, since you have decided otherwise, we'll just let the public see what has transpired.

First and foremost, I do not know of the situation of which you speak. You may have dealt with Elentari, and with Merka, but that is none of my concern. The day that I took office, a number of people began with a clean slate.

As for why you are enemied now, as well as having a bounty placed upon your head - You were party to a deliverance and slaying of Jinkar. He was within Hashan at the time, and thus, is under my area of interest. Now, I'm sure that, like Aron, you'll tell me that you couldn't possibly deliver someone, but that is not the point. You were still there at the time of its happening, and still had play with the eventual death of one of my citizens. Due to the nature of things as they have been recently, and the brutality of such action, I placed a bounty upon every person who was party to the event. Unless you have, by some miracle, a way to unquestionably prove that you were not part of that deliverance, I make no apologies.

Long enough have the citizens of Hashan been picked on. We have attempted to remain neurtral in all instance, but it is people such as -you-, Dekkar, that prove this to be an impossible task. An example need to be set, and, I believe that it has. Who knows? I -may- just find it to my delight to set a bounty on everyone who has ever wronged Hashan. If my citizens agree to it, it is well within my power.

I assume that I've said all of that to say this - You, Dekkar, are an antagonist. You've stood, while under grace, in areas that you know you are not welcome in, you've threatened people with their lives and material posessions and most of all, you've been what us commoners would call a "jerk". You will stand trial in Hashan, and not until that time will I deal further with you.
