Newbies don't need a safe area, noone kills them. Lets face it the safe
area is to protect the huggies and whinners from us! Simply put, if you
dont want to flee all round Achaea being hounded for your offences to
people like me you go to the safe area. So if you want some protection,
somewhere safe, then you want this area, if you dont mind dying if you
offend then you dont want it.

Personally I don't need such an area, but I think it is a good idea.
