I think we do need at least a safe area designed with the newbies
in mind, a place for newbies to start getting used to Achaea, a
place for guilds to recruit newbies, a place to train when you don't
have access to a guild yet.

Probably also a shop for basic things like scholastic pills, simple
food, etc. and an easy quest or two for a bit of gold. For the rest
of us, it should be no more than a place for recruiting newbies and
a bit of socializing.
