Hello citizens of Sapience.
I am posting here to speak my mind, to be heard, and perhaps, to enlighten. For, I love you all. From my hardest critic, to my most intimate friend. You all make my life interesting. And I'd like to return the favor.
Now you may not think that this is the best way to repay your indirect gifts, but I have to speak my mind.

I'm not crazy. I love to have fun. Creating mischief, mayhem, mirth, subtle chaos...whatever the case may be, is what makes my life worth living. Watching people laugh, watching them revel in the joyous fearlessness makes it all worth it.
Laughter is beautiful. In any culture, it's the same. It's love. Love for ones self, love pure. Why do we laugh? Because the situation calls for it? Because we find something humorous? Because we feel like it?
For any reason...laughter is a wonder.
Laughter is an action that represents our feeling, our mood, our opinion. Laughter is that which stands for something more than emotion. True, gay laughter stands for all that is good in the world. The sparkle in the lovers' eyes, the smile upon the clowns face, the satisfaction of the successful poet.
Laughter represents our ultimate happiness. However brief or long it may be.
Laughter makes life worth living, laughter is hope.
Laugh, hope.
