My apologies if I seem to be excluding other guilds from having any say in this matter. If ever there is any such conference or treaty meeting on venoms, ideally all guilds should be represented. I was only listing out the guilds which should be most concerned, being the main suppliers & consumers. Once again, I must say, don't forget Noxalar!

I am not in a position to speak for the Shadowsnakes, since I have happily retired from the GM position. Reznor is the man. I am only rambling here like an Elder should, making my observations. Take it or leave it, as you wish.

As you point out so well, yes, there are certain legal venoms considered by many to be more dangerous than some of the illegal venoms. For the list to be revised, I believe it's best done involving all guilds & Noxalar.

At the end of the day, it will still be all up to the Serpentlords, the Shadowsnakes & Noxalar to decide the availability, supply and pricing of the venoms.
