Snakes are able to milk anywhere they want, they're just supposed to milk in designated areas, now, when I said corruption I was referring to the practice of milking wherever they damn well please in order to facilitate the widespread distribution of "illegal" venoms.

And to Valor. Do not give the Paladins crap about being not being Honorable because they use "illegals". The Church has laws about defiling shrines, and the Infernals, an Honorable guild still defile them.
